A Christmas to "RE" memeber--2009
Christmas 2009! Our theme this year is
"A Christmas to "RE" member". It's a time to
recycle
reuse
remake
regift
Our poem for the holidays......
Something bottled, something baked
Something old that you re-make.
Hmm....something bottled - be as creative and clever as possible. Bottle of pop, bottle of money $$$ (hee hee), bottle of buttons, years supply with food that is bottled or canned. The list is endless.
Something baked - well that is self explanatory
Something old that you re-make. We can all find items that can be reused, recycled and made into a special gift for a family member. Times are financially tight for everyone so it's time to really get creative!!
Good luck to everyone and have a wonderful Christmas season!!

Overstreet wishlist
I Know that we are doing
"Something bottled, something baked, something old that you re-make"

2) Help cleaning out and re-organizing my kitchen cabinets
3) MixCraft software for my computer
4) Nice new skillet/saute pan
5) one or two new cookie sheets
6) Someone who will go eat Indian food with me
7) Adult Onesie footed pajamas
8) fitted leather jacket
9) Beach cruiser with a basket
10) A family trip to the snow to go tubing
11) Wood blinds
12) Working Windshield wipers
Michael's list will follow....

What Mom Really Wants
I'd really love it if you would each write a "Christmas Memory". It could be something funny, something just memorable, something spiritual, or just something you love about Christmas every year! This memory could be from any age. Both husbands and wives could write. It would be a journal writing experience! It will be fun to read all of them.
Yes....that's what I really want this Christmas!
I'm at the age that I don't really want more things....unless I throw 1 or 2 things out to make room for that new thing. I need consumable items OR....just memories.
I love you all! MOM
